1. Who we are

BillBox is operated by BEIER360 LIMITED ("we", "us"). BillBox is a UK household bills organisation service covering utilities, council tax, and TV Licence guidance.

2. Service status

BillBox is launching by invitation. Waitlist registration does not guarantee immediate access. Founding members receive personal access links when onboarding is complete.

3. Plans and pricing

Yearly plans (Essential, Home, Complete) are shown on our pricing section. Payment will be taken only when you accept a plan after invitation. Prices include VAT where applicable.

4. What BillBox does

BillBox helps you view and organise household bills and payment information. We do not act as a bank or payment institution. Payment links and transfers are processed by regulated third-party providers.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for paying your bills by their due dates and for keeping your personal access links confidential.

6. Cancellation

Yearly plans may be cancelled in accordance with the terms presented at checkout. Contact us in writing at 85 Great Portland Street, London W1W 7LT for help.
